The new season is almost here. With that slowing down we continue to reflect. With self-care, fitness and meditation we think we are going to find "control" in our lives. As we continue in our practice we realize how far from true that is. Simultaneously, our breath, deep-breathing, focusing on our breath is something we can "control". Forcing our nervous system and organs to slow down.
