Rocky was born and raised in Houston, Texas
He was on the Bellaire High School
baseball team where they won the Bellaire Baseball State Championship in 1999.
He currently works at Roc Homes
and has been in the Home Electronic industry for 15 years. He became the co-owner of Cruz Baseball
in 2013.
Rocky Flores says that "he loves the business game and that he loves to coach and is passionate about helping others."
