Like many of you, I still remember those teachers that had a positive impact on my educational upbringing. Today’s episode is special because we spend time with Virginia Commonwealth University Professor Carlton Goode.

Dr Goode taught me the importance of cultivating relationships, he’s the reason Ali and I share a friendship, and he’s made a career helping young men of color find their way on campus and beyond.
