On todays episode, I am going to talk about my experience with anxiety. Everyones anxiety looks different. We are all our own person and have our own experiences that make us uneasy and cause us stress, anxious thoughts, and overwhelming feelings. I have been self diagnosed with anxiety and I do believe it is a lot that goes on within our minds. And it takes time to work past it and honestly, to work with it. Everyone can suffer from some type of anxiety and you and your anxiety are not alone. Here are some ways i've worked with my anxieties.
