Description

Expectations can really put a damper on your mood. They can act as fantasies that when our life plays out and its not a direct play by play of how we thought it would go, our whole day, week, month - can be ruined. I had so many expectations last year that left me broken. I had to work through dropping my expectations and being in the now - allowing myself to take it a moment at a time. How do you switch your thoughts to avoid expectations?
