Body image is something a lot of us struggle with. Constantly. We sometimes obsess over it. It causes us worry. Stress. Anxiety. Anger. Sadness. Frustration. Uneasiness. And flat out - sometimes hatred. Society tells us to hate our bodies if they’re not the “perfect” look. If our hips arent shaped a certain way. If our boobs aren’t a certain cup size - itty bitty committee bbbb. And If our stomachs aren’t quote on quote “flat”.
