So many experiences and ways of eating that I went through. And as I am grateful for my take aways from these, as I learned portion control and reading labels for whole ingredients , it put me in a bad head space. It restricted me and made life harder than it had to be. Food is your friend. She is there for you to fuel yourself with. She is there for you to be kind to yourself with. She’s there for you to enjoy in the moments. She is your partner. Work together with your food. With yourself. And be mindful of your meals.
