In this episode, I chat about choosing yourself. And how I realized that I stopped choosing myself. Like I was the last person I’d choose. I stopped doing the things I love doing. I got wrapped up In all my “problems”. I stopped expressing gratitude. I only affirmed myself when I posted on Instagram. I stopped looking up. I stopped chasing sunsets. I didn’t see the moon for days. I avoided reading. I took steps back from my passion projects. I simply lost the drive. And how I am getting back to choosing me.
