Description

Part 1 - From 2015 to 2018.  I talk about the workouts I started with, the meal structure I followed, supplements I took, and how it has made me who I am today.

Fitness is an evolution. It is consistency. Your body is not supposed to stay the same. Once I reached a goal, I thought I was done. But kept working, kept moving, adjusted my goals, restructured my meals, and workouts and it is an incredible feeling. To look back at every stage my body has been in and to acknowledge the differences in eating habits and my mental state.
