Life is what you make it. The holidays can feel full of anxiety because things aren’t the same and we wish they were.

In this episode, I will share how to manage the holidays if you are home with your family and may be feeling like an outcast, or feeling some past experiences trigger you, how to keep yourself in a space of healing, and how and why I chose to break the script this year.
