Messaging apps and when things go wrong - our woes with Texts duplicating + how you have to solve these problems. What apps should we be using?
If you receive duplicate copies of the same messages on your phone, this could be caused by a software issue where your device doesn’t properly signal the network to confirm that it received the text. Then the network continues to send your phone that same message, until it “handshakes” with your phone.
