Hey everyone! Shane here.
Welcome to the channel! We started this podcast back in April. It was originally just for an English project that Thanh was helping me with and he was a guest. But we enjoyed doing it so much it turned into the channel you're now watching "Basset Bros."! The two of us named it that because we are both basset hound owners (my dog being Blue and Thanh's being Noodle).It was one of the first things we found in common when working together in our video Production class (Baron Broadcast News). We'll be posting new content here weekly with new guests soon! But in the meantime I'll be uploading older episodes to here if you haven't listened to them yet.
As you know you all know, a lot has been happening in the world. So the two of us took some time off to clear our heads as we were getting swamped with school work and concern for our grades. But we highly encourage you all to educate yourselves in these difficult times. Below I have linked multiple sites, petitions and fundraisers you can donate to support the Black Lives Matter movement. Even though George Floyd's death was back in June, does not mean these aren't problems we still need to face and fix. Police brutality is a major problem in our country that we must come together collectively to solve this issue. We have a long ways to go, but every petition you sign truly helps!
