Prior to forming Leap&Inspire Global, Jennifer was senior vice president of Research, Evaluation, & Societal Advancement at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In her over 26-year career at CCL, Jennifer contributed to its growth through her evidence-based focus on evaluation, design, facilitation, coaching, writing, and speaking.
Jennifer recently co-authored with Portia R. Mount Kick Some Glass: Ten Ways Women Succeed at Work on Their Own Terms, which aims to empower women to break through their proverbial glass ceilings and move toward understanding and attainment of their unique definitions of success.
