We back at it again! It is a funny thing, how we forget the value of our own voices. The importance of getting thoughts, feelings and situations out our heads. That is what this podcast was started for, an outlet to let out the bullshi*t that life seems to hurdle at us in a neverending test of self, our worth and who we aim to be. Today we travel back in time as I reflect upon on a recent transitional period in my life that came about as most change does, swift and unseen.
