What do you think when you look at yourself in the mirror? Having a negative body image isn’t something that only people with an eating disorder struggle with – many of us feel self-conscious and focus anxious about our appearance. In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about what affects our body image, why is it important to have a positive one, and whether there is something we can do to develop more positive body image.
