In this episode, I'm joined by my friend and film enthusiast Javi to talk horror films. Yes, it's barely September but I think it's never too early to get spooked. We discuss one of the biggest horror films of the year, Host (available on Shudder). Host (2020) is about six friends who hire a medium to hold a séance via Zoom during quarantine. We chat about our favorite moments and what makes it so horrifying. Then, we talk different categories of horror films, including Most F*cked Up and Scared Sh*tless and what films best fit that category. Films we mention include, Get Out, Hereditary, and Ma.
