Maddy is a half Asian and half white girl living in Louisiana who is passionate about all things theater and activism based. In this episode, the two discuss what it is like growing up "wasian" (white and asian) in a society that fetishizes mixed kids... They talk about everything from being theater kids, dating white boys, to being called "exotic". Maddy talks about her experience being the only Asian girl in many theater productions and Zoe talks about how she was "never the right look" for the roles she auditioned for. What we want you to take from this episode is that theater kids? Weird. ASIAN theater kids? Cool... and also don't call biracial people "exotic" it is just weird, your racism is showing love <3.
