The greatest player in franchise history passed away this week. Tom Seaver, aptly nicknamed "The Franchise," left us at the age of 75, due to complications from Lewy body dementia and COVID-19.
NY Post columnist Mike Vaccaro joined me to discuss what made Seaver so special, and why he is revered so much by generations of Mets fans.
I also talk about the week on the field for the Mets, from their lackluster effort on Tuesday in Baltimore, to the emotional victory against the Yankees, to the Labor Day Weekend battle with the Phillies.
