Ambassador Scott H. DeLisi served as the Ambassador to the Republic of Uganda (2012-2015), Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, (2010-2012) and as Ambassador to the State of Eritrea (2004-2007).
He is currently serving as executive director at Engage Nepal.
