Huntly left it late to record a 3-2 win over junior side Aberdeen University to book an Aberdeenshire Shield Quarter-Final home tie with Turriff United.
It was successive wins for Huntly for the first time since 6th April as Manager Martin Skinner felt his side didn’t build on their good start.
Paul Esslemont was pleased to net his first goal at Christie Park and felt it was important to make an impact coming off the bench.
