After failing to score against their opponents in their three meetings last season, Lossiemouth recorded an opening day shock with a one-nil victory over Huntly.
Lossie Manager Joe Russell was pleased to see his side end an eight game win-less run going back to 9th February.
Huntly went into the fixture on a six game unbeaten run but their opening day hoodoo continues with the black and gold’s now losing their first game of the season for the third straight year. Manager Martin Skinner admitted it wasn’t the performance he was looking for.
