Episode #3 - How I win my days starting with my morning rituals.

So my morning routine list goes like this:

  1. Make my bed
  2. Brew my Nespresso coffe 
  3. Fill up my 64oz HydroFlask
  4. Water my plants
  5. Meditate for 10 mins
  6. Write in my Journal: Goal, 10 things I'm grateful for, tasks for the day
