S3 Ep 49: Friends, Giving highlights my crazy, yet eventful weekend and practicing what I preach so that I'm able to encourage and motivate you ladies, to be your best selves, in every aspect of your life.
My girls and I got together over the weekend and had a "Friendsgiving" brunch and had our natal charts read. We visited House of Consciousness on 35th Street and had a reading based off where the planets were positioned at the time we were born. The reading was pretty accurate and we were informed of the crystals we should have for things such as, protection, healing, business and creativity. If you're into spirituality or astrology, I recommend that you have your natal chart read.
I also share a safety thread that I posted on Twitter and Instagram a few days ago, taking my own advice, that prompted me to take my first self defense class at Brian Hobson Karate in Hampton, VA. We learned different techniques to protect ourselves in the event that we are grabbed. I highly encourage you and the women in your life to take a self defense class due to the increased number of women being abducted. I want you ladies to be safe, be vigilant, be aware and stay focused.
I talk about my spirit animal, the hit and run incident I was involved in and my meeting with financial educator Ashante Bennett, who was on last week episode to discuss my finances, she helped me to set realistic and achievable goals in order for me to obtain financial freedom!
