S4 Ep 63: In this episode, I invited licensed clinical social workers, Shana Simmons, founder of COACH and Damitka Turner, licensed hypnotist and founder of Embrace Therapeutic Solutions, to honor and celebrate National Social Worker Month and discuss the best practices and coping mechanisms for maintaining and adapting to this quarantine lifestyle.
