Description

If you have been living under a rock or hesitating about "getting involved", remember that this is not a time for silence and indifference. For those of us involved in sport, we have been called to a unique table, to which we need to bring the issue of racial biases and the system of suppression. Anti-racism does not happen overnight, and it requires White people to listen to Black people, learn, begin dismantling whiteness, and advocating loudly for equality, safety, and the end of white supremacy and privilege.

Please note: this episode is addressing White people involved in sport as coaches, practitioners, and management specifically. This episode originated as a blog article (linked below) and is a summary taken from the many action steps from Black activists and educators (listed below) who have already provided these resources to the public. I simply apply them to the sport context.
