JobSeekers: How do you GET and KEEP a Recruiter's attention on a Pre-Screening Phone call?
You only have anywhere from between a few minutes to around 20 minutes on a pre-screening to communicate value and relevance to a #Recruiter. This mostly depends on how you handle those initial few minutes of the call - and this often determines whether you get moved forward to the next step.
In this session, I'm sharing some key questions YOU need to ask the Recruiter in order to 1) GET and KEEP their attention 2) Communicate REAL value, and 3) Help ensure they keep in contact regarding other potential opportunities.
