Can you really “beat the ATS”?
I hear Job Seekers and Coaches talk about how to apparently "best the ATS" all the time.
In this quick segment, I share my thoughts on whether that phrase really makes any sense, as someone who has worked in Recruitment and has used ATS platforms on a daily basis.
I'm going to keep it real and let you know what happens when you submit your Resume to an ATS and why that phrase "beating the ATS" doesn't really make sense.
