If you're presenting your salary/rate as a range - i.e. $100K-110K, $40/hr-$45/hr - there is a certain outcome you need to be prepared for (and even OKAY with). If not, don't present your requirement in a range. Check out this 60-second tip I posted on TikTok to see what I'm talking about.
