Attention is, at times, a wild thing: moth to a flame, river flowing through earth, sand scattered across the desert blown by gusts of wind and endless in all directions. In today's letter, I'm riffing on intentions as ways of orienting, reorienting, and refocusing. We are, of course, humans, with thousands of thoughts throughout a single day. We get into prompts for centering in on what you care about, all while tuning in to this shifting season.
