MediMindful Moment is a podcast hosted by Judith Dreyer, Jeff Nelder, and Henry Edinger, dedicated to creating more mindful awareness in the moment – both during the podcast for guests, listeners, and us…and out in the world, as you carry insights and experiences to the people all around you.
