Eric is a US Army Veteran with multiple deployments under his belt, he’s coached individuals and teams at the CrossFit Games Level, he’s also a USA Weightlifting coach and has hosted over 40 sanctioned events. He has a beautiful wife Elise, and together they have an amazing daughter Eleanor.
