In November 2010, Anni and her new husband Shrien Dewani set off on their honeymoon adventure in Cape Town, South Africa. Wanting to see the more cultural parts of the country, Anni "insisted" their taxi driver take them to Gugulethu, a dangerous part of the area, where the taxi driver and Shrien were forced out of the taxi and Anni was kidnapped. Her body was found the next day in the mini van and the hijackers were immediately arrested and sentenced. But this case is nowhere near as simple as it sounds. Everyone had a major part to play in what happened to Anni, including her husband... Shrien.
