Tom got up at the crack of dawn this morning in order to handle several meetings with Rockland News reporters, as well as a new member of his sales team for Rockland Web Design. In this slightly random episode, he congratulates his colleague, Joe Baratta, on the launch of his new book, Balancing Act, a great quick read for Real Estate and Home Improvement professionals. He also talks about the value of the open versus closed door policy in companies, and draws a parallel from the past - how Presidents managed their time, and handled their meetings with others, while in office.
