On this episode, we chat about the importance of ditching tools, if that’s something you are ready to do… or just reframing the way we use them. I go on a bit of a tangent about the inaccuracies of BMI and why having goals related to weight loss might not be the best idea. I focus a lot on using fitness trackers, calorie trackers, meal plans, fitness plans, and the scale because I think those are some of the most heavily used diet industry products.
