You may love ‘em, you may hate ‘em, but in my mind, New Year’s Rezzies are just like any other goal. Except for some reason only about 8% of them are actually achieved each year. It’s not our fault. It’s a failing system! We put way too much pressure on ourselves to quit a habit cold turkey or start 5 new ones overnight with no plan in place. In this episode I offer up 4 helpful tips for setting sustainable goals in the new year (or any time of the year)! And good news - it doesn’t involve joining an expensive gym or cutting out carbs!!!
