Sam and I talk about how her definition of healthy and fit has changed throughout the years, both as it relates to her personal wellbeing and also her professional work. We also talk about her nutrition philosophy of "keep it simple" - what it means and how we can apply it to our own lives. Sam also shares how she uses Intuitive Eating principles to help her clients who are living with chronic conditions like PCOS and diabetes.
