Tianna Smith is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. For ten years she has specialized in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. It is her mission to help teens and women learn to trust their body so they can repair their relationships with food and their body. Tianna owns her own private practice, Realistic Roots Nutrition Counseling and hosts an online intuitive eating and body image course, Food Freedom University.
