Description

A healthy diet is essential for good health. What that looks like can vary over time, so it's really important to listen to your body and pivot when you notice changes in your health. Although I prefer to eat a plant-centric diet, I have never gone vegan for more than a 30 day stint. I tend to go in a direction 80-90% and then listen to my body for cues on what it wants and needs. Play around a bit and see what works for you.
