Hey everyone welcome back to the podcast, glad to have you guys back. And one of the reasons why I am in a awesome voice like this is because I want to be able to produce more content that's going to be able to help you out. And this voice just makes it more epic especially since we're talking about the Mass Effect Legendary Edition today. And this edition has been a long time coming for sure. Mass Effect came out over 10 years ago. In fact, it came out in 2007, Mass Effect has had a dramatic impact on the video game industry. To give you a little bit of history here. Mass Effect came out on the heels of games such as Jade Empire, which was their first original IP, When it comes to video games. Over time, going back even before that period. The creators of Mass Effect, BioWare also created the games of Knights of the Old Republic, which was based upon Star Wars. Obviously Bioware had a tense amount, and ability to create these titles, because they had had experience creating incredible video games. Mass Effect was very hyped up when it first came out, it was, it was released around the time of the Xbox 360 and PlayStation, three. Now, it did not release on the PlayStation three. It did, however, release on Windows computers. And we see this dynamic of Mass Effect growing a new system, and a new idea of what an RPG. Could be. It's an incredible dynamic when we see this. Mass Effect, changed the way we thought about RPGs. That is why it is so incredibly exciting that we see a new Mass Effect game coming out today. Well it's not coming out today but it's coming out very soon. And there is an intense excitement surrounding the new release, because mass effect has been upgraded. It will now support 4k resolution, along with a legendary new compact system upgrade. The new combat system will make a huge difference in the original game of Mass Effects. The main focus of this title is definitely on that combat system. All three games have been remastered in the original trilogy of Mass Effect. It will be a compiled nation of everything that's great and regards the Mass Effect and will include all the deal sees. There is also a graphical and gameplay update as we discussed before, particularly the combat will be updated. And we're also going to see this on new systems, where the graphics are updated a little bit more in regards to next generation PS five, and Xbox. As many of you may know if you've played Mass Effect it follows commander Scheper Commander Shepard is an elite human soldier who unites the world in a fight against an alien race. It is a great long trilogy that brings many elements in when it comes to character creation, And we cannot understate dates, the ability of Mass Effect to do just that. The amazing character creation we see in Mass Effect is just absolutely amazing. In fact, the character creation is so done so well that it travels through the entire trilogy, any choice that you make in the trilogy will continue on. This allows Mass Effect to bring a certain dynamic, we do not often see, and video games, a dynamic of choices, impacting those choices that have been done in earlier games. This was rare at the time it was something that had never been done. Now I'm not saying that it was an incredible adjustment to being able to create video games. However, it did have an impact on games that have involve significant amounts of choice. Mass Effect was also one of the first games that tended to create those gray areas when it came to the choice system, previous iterations we saw very clear choices between good and evil. Mass Effect did change that a lot by those character choices, and allowing those to go along a line. That was a little bit more gray and the choices were much more challenging than they had been in previous iterations. And I think this was just due to the amount of work that the development team spends on Mass Effect over time, and it made an incredible difference when we see Mass Effect, and what .....
