We all know someone in life who seems to "have it all" when it comes to how they hold themselves in a room of people, as well as alone. This comes with the burning question of HOW ARE THEY SO CONFIDENT? What must someone do to BE confident?
Confidence comes down to the basic inner-standings:
the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust.
the state of feeling certain about the truth of something.
a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.
Today I present you with a lesson on confidence, from my own personal experiences to studies from Harvard, and the University of Texas, and articles from the New York Post and New York Times.
This wellness adventure will guide you along the three different, yet overlapping, varieties of "confidence" that people often mistake as "lacking confidence". Then, take the various tools I provide and take one small action to make this episode applicable and tangible in your life.
