In this Quarantine Chat we talk with Justin Reid about his morning routine. Justin has worked hard the past few years to create structure at the beginning of his day by gearing his routine to support his physical, mental and spiritual health. We talk about how during this time in quarantine it may be especially beneficial to start off the day with structure to help us feel more in control since so much feels out of our control currently.
