"My screen time is 9 hours a day, I’m not doing great."
This week we discuss some unhealthy behaviors that make us feel better and boost our confidence - despite not being great for us in the long run. Too much screen time, drinking, and snoozing our alarms a handful of times are things we know aren’t good for us but we can’t seem to quit. We discuss how these behaviors have changed over the years and how we have been able to move on from some - goodbye fake tanning beds!
