When you hear the word "grief" What comes to mind?

In this interview, our guest will explain many stages of grief and ways to cope and process emotions.

Claire Chew is a grief coach that has also experience her own grief over the years. At the age of 8, she found herself leaving everything she knew behind to migrate to a new country. Fast forward to her new life came with many obstacles, stress, and trauma that all added to her mother committing suicide at the age of 76. Facing tragedy she once again pulls herself up and seeks to heal through finding herself, and she's now using her experience and skills as a grief coach to help others built micro habits like- writing to overcome and process grief.
