Hello Everyone! Today I have another solo episode, and I am covering Mindfulness today. Mindfulness and being more present and aware is something that i have been focusing a lot on in my life recently. I think the ability to be able to be aware of what is happening inside you as well as what is going on around you, without getting caught up in the story in your head is an amazing place to be. Its almost akin to the zone in competition in my opinion, I mixed up the style a little bit today enjoy!
