This week we had a chat about brewing with a local focus with Huskie Craft Beer from Malta, Higgins Ale Works from Munich, and Kappse Brewers from Rotterdam.
These are brewers at different stages of their journey but each is focused very much on their local city and this informs the beers they brew.
