This week we have another chat with 3 excellent brewers

• 🇲🇦🇷🇴Maktoob are a brand new Romanian brewery influenced by North African traditions.
• 🇨🇿Thrills are a Czech brewery who brew modern beers outside of the traditional Czech Pilsners.
• 🇮🇪Pikeman from Ireland are named after the farmers who rose against English domination of Ireland in the 1798 revolution.

These are three small and very new brewers from different ends of Europe, each of whom have a clear knowledge of the history and brewing of their respective countries. They have carefully chosen branding that reflects their place in that history and culture and it made for a very interesting chat.
