Tom Jenkins, CEO of the European Tour Operator Association (ETOA) is in a more optimistic mood today and told eTurboNews: "The Council of European Ministers has published its intention to create a coordinated response to the crisis. Interestingly, they have not excluded unilateral quarantines imposed by member states (which is what the industry was asking for) but it is progress."
