Patrick Springer
Patrick is a St. Louis native who has been living in Taiwan since 2011. He's an avid traveler, writer, photographer, and entrepreneur. He currently resides in Taichung where he spends his days researching recipes to be used in his bar and spending time with his dog, Ava.
