In this episode, my guest is Annamaria Ronca, mother of 3, and a writer. Her parenting journey was quite interesting, as she says that her 1st child came a bit unexpected, while when she wanted the 2nd one, it was a bit of a struggle.
Annamaria shares about difficulties she had working as a consultant when she had no rights on maternity leave and how she was mistreated in her previous company due to her pregnancy and how losing a job can lead to something better.
Currently, Annamaria work as an independent writer. Many years ago she published a book and now she wants to convert this passion into a job. She has written mystery stories for kids during lockdown.
