In this episode, my guest is Gaia Gorla originally from Milan, Italy. Gaia is a mother of 2 boys and for 19 years was a successful lawyer and Partner in a Law Firm. Howewer, balancing her career and motherhood was not easy and she shares with us her journey and struggles she faced at the time. As the years were passing by, she realized that due to her work, she has missed many valuable moments with her children and that she wants a different life for herself and her family.
She decided to resign from the Law, without knowing what she will do next. However, the door opened for her in an unexpected way and in a year time she had build a successful business that keeps on growing.
